A Fine Young Man Joins the Church 12/16/25 Gabriel entering the "font" in the Tres Porte ñ as church building. Gabriel is 9 years old, and yet was pleased to meet with the missionaries, attend church, and prepare for baptism. Although his mother gave permission for him to be baptized, his 15-year-old sister was the only family member who came to support him . Another Opportunity to Serve Cinthia & Isabella of the Tres Porteñas Branch We now have the opportunity to drive about 3 miles north of the town where we attend church to pick up this mother and her two young children and bring them to the chapel. (Her son didn't get up in time to go this week.) The husband/father works nights and isn't able to attend. As you can see looking at their house behind us, they live in very humble circumstances. In spite of that, she attends faithfully.

Here are most of the branch members seated eating the delicious dinner (grilled chicken and various salads). Between the later dinner, activities and the Harrisons saying goodbye to branch members (they served in this branc...

San Martin District Conference 12/7/25 We attended our first District Conference on December 6 and 7 in San Martin. This city is a few kilometers north of Tres Portenos. We ery much enjoyed interacting with these fine people and they were so kind and welcoming to us. We look forward to interacting with them for the time we are assigned to our current branch. The adult brethren were invited to sing the opening hymn in the Sunday morning session. It was encouraging to see so many active, committed brethren. After the end of the Sunday session, photos were taken of the congregation.
